Welcome to Roanoke College’s Phi Mu Sorority!
We are the Gamma Eta Chapter and a group of women who endeavor to be a strong influence on the Roanoke College campus. Sisters are active members in student government, participate in ODAC athletics, are student assistants, and represent various clubs through out campus. Gamma Eta is a group of women who bond over sisterhood dinners, Philanthropy weeks, Formals, and 155 years of tradition.
Phi Mu is not just a sorority, it is a place we call HOME!

Gamma Eta has successful night at Roanoke College Greek Awards Banquet!
On April 3, 2001, Roanoke College held the annual Greek Awards Banquet and Gamma Eta chapter was very proud to take home some very exciting awards! As a chapter, Phi Mu received the Panhellenic Intramural Award, The Outstanding Service Award, and Chapter of the Year! Molly Beyer received the New Member Highest GPA Award, and Caitlin Giles received the Active Member Highest GPA Award. The Panhellenic Woman of the Year Award was given to Abby Bjork, and The Greek Woman of the Year was given to Melissa Pazornik, both members of Gamma Eta. Our faculty advisor, Dr. Heath Brown, received the Outstanding Faculty Member Award. Needless to say, it was a very exciting and encouraging night for the chapter! Phi Mu Gamma Eta looks forward to finishing up a successful spring semester!

Mr. Leg's Week supports CMN!
During February 2011, Gamma Eta chapter held its annual Mr. Legs Week to raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Throughout the week, Roanoke College fraternities competed in contests such as Penny Wars, T-Shirt sales and a Pageant and Lip Sync to win the title of Mr. Legs. Overall, Gamma Eta raised over $1,100 for CMN!

Congratulations to Niki Benedetto as Pi Kappa Alpha's newest Lilly!
Niki Benedetto was announced as Pi Kappa Alpha's Lilly for the Spring Pledge Class of 2010. Niki is excited, as the sisters of Phi Mu and brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha are, to be the newest Lilly! Congrats Niki!

Gamma Eta wins 2010 Panhellenic Award at Phi Mu National Convention in Phoenix, AZ
On July 17th, 2010 Gamma Eta won the 2010 Panhellenic Award at the Carnation Banquet in Phoenix Arizona. We are ecstatic to be the winners of this award and hope to continue to improve at Roanoke College.
